Did you know that an amazing discovery in 1992 (I believe by a team at John Hopkins University and also in England) showed us that by eating cruciferous vegetables as raw as possible (i.e. Broccoli, Spinach, Kale, Cabbage etc but especially Broccoli in its sprouting form) meant that when we chewed these plants a change happened in the chemical compounds of the plants.
